Leadership Cayman 2027 Applications Now Open
Applications are now being accepted for the Leadership Cayman Class of 2027, with the programme set to begin in January.
Designed for professionals at the mid- to senior-level stages of their careers, Leadership Cayman offers participants the opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills, expand their professional networks, gain a deeper understanding of the Cayman Islands, and engage with key issues affecting the community.
Applicants must be:
- 25 years of age or older
- Resident in the Cayman Islands for at least one year
- Able to demonstrate leadership potential, professional experience, community involvement and a commitment to contributing to Cayman
The application fee is CI$75, and applications close on 6 November 2026.
“Leadership Cayman is about helping people discover how they can make an even greater impact in our community,” said Jada Ramoon, Programmes Coordinator. “Participants gain exposure to perspectives and experiences they might not encounter in their normal professional lives, while building relationships with fellow leaders who share a commitment to the future of the Cayman Islands.”
Recent graduate Eshan Vij (Class of 2025) described the experience as transformational: “From a room full of different personalities, we became a team. Leadership is about service, humility and courage. We’ve learned not only from the experts, but from each other.”
Prospective applicants are encouraged to attend one of the upcoming information sessions to learn more about the programme, application process and expectations before applying. Applications can be downloaded from the Leadership Cayman website and submitted to jada.ramoon@caymanchamber.ky.
