The Cayman Islands is gearing up for Tech Futures Week 2025, a groundbreaking initiative hosted by Workforce Opportunities & Residency Cayman (WORC), aimed at aligning Cayman’s workforce development with the fast-evolving demands of the digital economy.
Running from 6–11 October, Tech Futures Week will feature a series of interactive focus groups that bring together employers, educators, entrepreneurs, and community leaders. These sessions are designed to spark meaningful conversations, gather insights, and ensure that Cayman’s tech workforce strategies reflect real business needs and future opportunities.
